What is Rebirth in Slime RNG?

Rebirth is the single most impactful progression mechanic in Slime RNG. It breaks the early-game ceiling where money and combat power stall out, giving you a permanent Luck multiplier in exchange for resetting your current base progress.

In practice: you spend a resource called Goop to trigger a Rebirth. Your money and zone progress reset to zero, but your Luck multiplier compounds permanently. Higher Luck means you roll Shiny, Inverted, and other premium slimes far more often — which is the key to exponential DPS and gold-farming efficiency.

How to Unlock & Farm Goop

⚠️ Prerequisite — Don't Skip This

Rebirth is locked behind the Upgrade Tree. Many new players miss this entirely and wonder why they can't find the Rebirth button.

Unlock Requirements

  1. 1
    Upgrade "Simultaneous Enemies" to Level 3
    In the Upgrade Tree, find the Simultaneous Enemies node and upgrade it to level 3. This unlocks the Goop branch of the tree.

    Spend 10,000,000 (10M) Coins to Activate the Goop Branch
    Once the Goop branch is visible, activate it with 10 million coins. After this, defeated enemies will have a chance to drop Goop.

    Watch the Energy Bar on the Left Side of the Screen
    Collected Goop fills a progress bar on the left side of your screen. Your first Rebirth requires 500 Goop.

Rebirth Level & Luck Multiplier Chart

Goop cost doubles with every Rebirth level. Luck follows a fixed ~1.82× slope per level. There is currently no Rebirth cap — the official Wiki displays up to Rebirth 30, and players have already surpassed this.

Many players waste hours chasing a single premium slime before their first Rebirth. The correct play is to prioritize Income and Slime Slots upgrades, accumulate Goop fast, and chain Rebirths 1–5. The ~20× Luck from Rebirth 5 alone is the real launch pad.

In Settings, turn off rare pull cutscene animations. In late-game AFK sessions with Roll Speed boosts active, these animations add up to significant dead time. Disabling them is a free efficiency upgrade.

Before pushing for a high Rebirth level, redeem the latest Discord codes (e.g. sliming, Fruitfeast) for temporary Luck and Roll Speed Boosts. Combine with your own potion stack and enter a heavy grind session — the compounding effect is massive.

Post-rebirth, feed elemental Power Fruits (like Lightning or Fire) to primary slimes to unlock massive AoE skills, enabling you to clear early zones in seconds. Combine with a Magic Meteor for an instant 5x luck boost to secure strong cosmic slimes early.

Spawn Camping (Active Play)
During active sessions, position your character directly on enemy spawn points. Since slimes auto-engage, the shorter travel distance noticeably increases kill rate and coin pickup speed, accelerating your Goop accumulation.

A:Yes, in almost every case. Even though you lose all coins and zone progress, the multiplied Luck lets you roll far stronger slimes on the next run. Recovery is much faster than it looks — the snowball effect kicks in immediately.
